Welcome to the Team Lulay State Farm agency. I have been a State Farm Agent since 1997 and have thoroughly enjoyed serving the community by helping people and safeguarding their valuable assets. I work with people in greater Salem area including Keizer, Turner, Stayton, Jefferson, Aumsville, Sublimity, Albany and more. We are also available to assist in WA, CA and AZ. I recognition of my contributions, I was awarded the 2016 Distinguished Citizen by the Salem Chamber of Commerce, and I am also a member of the Salem Rotary. I hold a B.S. degree from Linfield College and am equipped to provide financial services to my customers. Additionally, I have earned the Chartered Life Underwriter Designation - CLU and ChFC. I am actively involved in the Boy's & Girl's Club and Salem Chamber of Commerce. I am proud to be an Ambassador Travel Qualifier and a Golden Triangle Agent.

I am Jim and I am a graduate of Ohio University with my degree in Business Administration. I went straight to the Army Artillery out of college with an Honorable discharge in November of 1969. I began my career with State Farm Insurance in January or 1970 in the Accounting Department. After several promotions and relocations with State Farm I came back to the great Northwest and began my State Farm Agency in September of 1976. I retired in February of 2020, and came to work part time with Team Lulay.
